About Tori

Tori Thomas is an East Tennessee native, and her passion for health and fitness stems from a childhood spent exploring the Smoky Mountains. Now as a certified personal trainer (NASM) and fascial stretch therapist, she brings that passion to her clients. When she’s not working, Tori is usually finding other ways to stay active.
